Shipping policy

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days Monday–Friday, excluding holidays after the order is placed. Expect to receive your tracking number via email immediately after this 1-3 day processing period when the item ships. Orders flagged by our security system may require an additional 24-48 hours for manual verification, which may delay initial tracking creation.

SLIMEEFIT's responsibility for all packages ends once the order is accepted by the shipping carrier, for example, USPS, FedEx, etc. The carrier is responsible for anything that happens to the package in transit. If your package is lost, delayed, or confirmed delivered but not received, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages lost by the carrier once delivery confirmation is registered.

We only replace items if they arrive damaged from shipping or if we shipped the incorrect product. For items damaged during shipping, you must contact us at slimieeefit@gmail.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. To process any replacement, we require your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

We accept returns for unworn, unused items with tags still attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage all customers to contact us directly at slimieeefit@gmail.com to resolve any issues regarding your order before contacting your bank.
