Slimieefit it’s top priority is to make sure our customers are satisfied and receive their order in a timely manner, we are not responsible for any shipping delivery issues involving theft, lost, or misplaced packages.  Our best advice is to contact your shipping carrier directly to report or file a claim for mail theft investigations. 
If USPS determines the package was delivered, you’ll have to treat it as a stolen package. If USPS cannot find the package, you will need to file a claim for your loss.
